Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in original condition
  • Item is returned with original packaging where applicable
  • Item is not a custom or made to order item

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer in most cases.

Custom work is created specifically for you and is not eligible for standard returns or refunds.

However, we stand behind our craftsmanship.

Instead of returns, custom items qualify for the following support:

  • Repair services for damage or wear beyond normal use
  • Discounted upgrades or modifications when feasible
  • Consultation to extend the life and performance of your item

Repair pricing is determined on a case by case basis and may vary depending on condition, materials, wear, and complexity of the work required. We will always provide an estimate before proceeding.

If your item requires repair or adjustment, contact us before shipping anything back. Please do not send items without prior authorization.

Repair costs and turnaround times may vary based on condition and scope of work. Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer in some cases.

Once an item has been shipped, delivery timelines are subject to carrier performance. We are not responsible for delays, tracking issues, or service disruptions caused by USPS or other shipping providers.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made to order products
  • Digital products or software downloads
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper care
